This document is the cover of a Pashto-language version of Manba al-Jihad, a magazine released by Jalaluddin Haqqani from 1989-1993.  This particular cover is from November 1993.  A separate version of Manba al-Jihad was also released in Arabic and in Urdu under the title Nusrat al-Jihad.
