After almost 4 ½  years with the CTC, former director of external education, Bill Braniff will be moving on to work with the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) as their Executive Director.  Bill will be working directly for the Director, Dr. Gary LaFree, and will directly oversee the staff and the consortium from START’s offices at the University of Maryland.  For more details please click here.
