Mr. Stephen Kappes, the former deputy director of the CIA, visited the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, on 6 November 2012. After delivering a guest lecture in GEN(R) John Abizaid’s class, Mr. Kappes joined CTC staff and faculty for a roundtable discussion on U.S. national security priorities, the implications of the Arab Spring, and future issues involving counterterrorism.
