This Pashto language document identifies a number of suspected al-Qa’ida and Taliban associates in Afghanistan and Pakistan.  It also discusses efforts to disrupt construction projects on the road between Jalalabad and Kunar and provides a very practical example of how the Haqqani network shelters a mix of foreign fighters and Pakistani militants.
