This document is an al-Qa’ida in Iraq pledge for those seeking to execute a martyrdom operation. This pledge has been signed by two individuals: Shakir Salim al-Bishi (a.k.a. Abu-Dhur al-Ta’ifi) and ‘Abd al-Rahman Sa’id al-Sarwani (Abu Sa’s) on November 20, 2006.
